7. CONDITIONS OF SALE
7.1 Chillspot is a company specializing in the sale and distribution of CBD cannabis and products derived from it. This type of trade is governed by Swiss federal law and Chillspot is obliged to comply with it.
7.2 Chillspot sells its products only on the territory of the Swiss Confederation and in Europe to adults (+18). We point out, moreover, that the resale or the simple donation intended for minors are strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
7.3 Chillspot accepts no responsibility for any registration that does not comply with the conditions of sale of the site.
7.4 Chillspot pays tobacco tax (Ad Valorem 25%) and VAT (8%), in accordance with federal law.
7.5 Hemp with a total THC content of less than 1% is therefore considered to have no psychotropic effect and may be sold as a product containing tobacco substitutes. Cannabidiol (CBD) is not a narcotic within the meaning of narcotics law. This substance is not listed either in the OTStup-DFI or in the International Convention on Psychotropic Substances (RS 0.812.121.02).
7.6 Products containing tobacco substitutes intended for smoking are regulated by the Tobacco Ordinance (OTab; RS 817.06). It is possible to market tobacco substitutes with a low THC content (total THC content> 1%) containing CBD.

7.7 Anyone making purchases on the site www.chillspot.ch takes full responsibility for its actions and understanding of the laws governing CBD cannabis.
8. PRICE
8.1 The selling prices of the products on the site www.chillspot.ch are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
8.2 The sales prices including value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order are those in force at the time of the order by the customer. Chillspot reserves the right to change prices at any time.
8.3 The prices indicated do not therefore include shipping costs, these will be invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased and at the expense of the buyer. 10. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
10.1 Packages are generally dispatched, depending on the type of shipment chosen, within 1 to 2 working days and after receipt of your payment and its control.
10.2 The products are sent to the delivery address specified by the user when ordering.
10.3 Chillspot.ch delivers exclusively to Switzerland.
10.4 Unless otherwise specified when confirming the order, the delivery time is that indicated on the site and in these general conditions.
10.5 Chillspot is not responsible for any delay or problem with delivery. The delivery is validly executed and Chillspot is released from any liability upon delivery of the product to the Post Office or a carrier. We accept no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
10.6 Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your order is shipped at your own risk. Particular care is taken to packages containing fragile products.
10.7 To avoid ordering by minors, we do not accept delivery to PO boxes.
10.8 Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Chillspot. They will be the responsibility of the buyer and are their sole responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities). Chillspot therefore invites the buyer to inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities.
11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a rule, goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
11.1 The return of delivered goods is possible in exceptional cases, which always require the written consent of Chillspot. In this case, the customer will receive a number and an address for the return.
11.2 The goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete, with all accessories and enclosing the purchase receipt. Return of goods is at the expense and risk of the customer.
11.3 Regarding non-agreed returns, Chillspot is entitled to demand compensation from the customer.
11.4 Goods returned without the original packaging, incomplete, with missing accessories or to the wrong address will be returned to the customer. In this case, Chillspot charges the customer compensation for the additional processing.
12. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
12.1 Our delivery commitment is null in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on our part or on the part of our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to Chillspot. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1 You expressly acknowledge and agree that Chillspot is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, particular, derivative or exemplary damage, including damage for failure to win, loss of goodwill, use, data or other intangible loss (even if Chillspot has been advised of the possibility of such damage) resulting:

14. WARRANTY

18. SALE TO MINORS & nbsp;

It is the exclusive property of Chillspot, or in the case of hosted content provided by third parties, the property of the third party. This includes, without any limitation, texts, images, videos, audio clips and icons.
19.2 Under no circumstances may any content be taken, used, modified, edited, exploited, transferred or reproduced without the express written permission of Chillspot. Violation of these terms will result in legal action according to the law.
20. APPLICABLE LAW
20.1 The contract, as regulated by these general conditions, the general conditions themselves and all subsequent orders are governed by Swiss law.

21.1 Any dispute with Chillspot must be settled in the courts of the forum of the company’s registered office.
