Welcome to the Seller Info page. The purpose of this page is to give you all the information you need before you register, in a clear and comprehensible manner.

As we are still in the development phase, some information is subject to change. The commission will not increase. We’re still discussing the best way to split the costs for delivery drivers and how to optimize the delivery system.

Commission

  • Alternative: subscription. Possibility of lowering commission to 5% of order total (under discussion).

How it works

As you know, payment system providers (especially for VISA/Mastercard) are very complicated and require a lot of guarantees. This is why we have unfortunately not been able to integrate a system that separates the commission and your revenue at the time of payment. Payment is credited directly to our bank account. Once a week, we send you your balance by bank transfer.

There are 2 advantages:

  • We are a sole contractor with a payment provider and can offer you the possibility of accepting payments in a variety of ways without all the administrative hassle.
  • Smooth payments and transaction stability.

Delivery drivers

  • 15.- delivery charges billed to the customer.
  • 15 per delivery run.

How it works

We want to make the delivery system as adaptable as possible. Different delivery drivers will be assigned to your store according to their delivery zone or your choice. We therefore offer you 3 possibilities for working with delivery drivers:

  • Work with your drivers. Only your delivery drivers are assigned to your store.
  • Work with independent delivery agents. A variety of registered and verified delivery drivers are assigned to your store.
  • Work with your own delivery drivers as well as independent delivery drivers.

Initially, we will ask you to have at least one delivery person, or yourself, to ensure delivery whatever happens. We’re doing our best to cover every store with a delivery person, but we can’t guarantee it at the moment.

Due to technical restrictions and in order to keep things running smoothly, all deliverers will be paid at the same rate by bank transfer on our behalf. Even yours.

We see 2 advantages:

  • If you make the delivery yourself or by one of your delivery drivers, you can earn back a share of your commission or even more.
  • Smooth payments and great adaptability for delivery drivers (who may or may not work for more or fewer stores).

Vous mettez à jour la commande et un livreur est assigné automatiquement ou vous en assigné un manuellement.

Le livreur vient chercher la commande et la livre au client.

Paiement

Vous touché votre solde ainsi que le livreur chaque semaine par virement bancaire.
